The Aerlex Law Group is a law firm based in Los Angeles, California, that advises business and corporate clients in the fields of corporate, tax, commercial, real estate, intellectual property and employment law. Aerlex also offers advice, advocacy and specialized expertise to clients in all phases of the business aviation community.
Aerlex was founded in 2005, but the attorneys who make up the Aerlex Law Group had previously constituted the corporate and transactional department of Bailey & Partners in Santa Monica and had achieved international renown for their work on behalf of aviation industry clients over more than a decade. Stephen R. Hofer, the founder and president of Aerlex, and his colleagues, Robert D. Ehling, Marvin W. Murray and paralegal Susan Orozco-Neu, have a combined total of 100 years of legal experience.
