The Aerlex Law Group is a law firm based in Los Angeles, California, that advises business and corporate clients in the fields of corporate, tax, commercial, real estate, intellectual property and employment law. Aerlex was founded in 2005, but several of the attorneys who make up the Aerlex Law Group had previously constituted the corporate and transactional department of Bailey & Partners in Santa Monica and had achieved international renown for their work on behalf of aviation industry clients over more than a decade. Stephen R. Hofer, the founder and president of Aerlex, and his colleagues Amanda Applegate, Doug Stuart, Vicky Boladian, Craig Weller and Donald Johnson, along with Certification & Compliance Expert Robert A. “Bob” Frost, Transaction & Closing Specialist Kathy Boland and Paralegal Susan Orozco-Neu, have a combined total of well over 150 years of legal experience.
