Radovan Diklich has over twelve years of experience as a transactional and corporate paralegal. He has drafted, revised, and negotiated the contracts required to close transactions in a broad variety of industries, including banking and finance, real estate, casino gaming, filmed entertainment, video games, music, and aviation.
Mr. Diklich began his career as a corporate paralegal specializing in merger and acquisitions straight out of college at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett in Manhattan. Since then, he has worked as a contracts and transactional specialist for Harrah’s Entertainment in Las Vegas, The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, The Pullman Group in West Hollywood, and Blizzard Entertainment in Irvine. Mr. Diklich graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and subsequently earned his paralegal certificate from Rice University in Houston, Texas.
