Aerlex Sponsors NBAA Tax, Regulatory & Risk Management Conference–Las Vegas, Oct 8-9, 2017

NBAA

Aerlex Law Group (ALG) is serving as a principal sponsor of this year’s National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Tax, Regulatory & Risk Management Conference.

The NBAA Tax Conference is one of the most important programs focusing on business aviation tax planning in the United States. This year’s Tax Conference is being held at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, on October 8th and 9th, immediately prior to the three-day NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE).

As part of its Tax Conference sponsorship, Aerlex will host the Attendee and Speaker Reception at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 8th. The reception, which is the final event at the end of the first day’s program, provides a welcome opportunity for some 300 attendees to network and socialize after an engrossing all-day educational agenda.

ALG President Stephen Hofer, who has been a member of the NBAA’s Tax Committee since 2010 echoed those sentiments, “I have attended every NBAA Tax Conference since 2000 in New Orleans and in 16 years, I have never failed to learn something new and useful. The laws, regulations and interpretations affecting the taxation of business aviation are evolving constantly. The Tax Committee organizes and presents the Tax Conference every year because it recognizes how important it is for aircraft owners to stay abreast of the latest developments in this field in order to maximize the tax benefits of aircraft ownership.”

Aerlex Partner Amanda Applegate, Transactional Attorney Sarah Northcraft Spann, and Senior Counsel – Commercial Aircraft Brian Monkarsh will also join the Aerlex team at the conference.
