HAI Heli-Expo

Aerlex Law Group transactional attorney Sarah Northcraft Spann will attend the HAI 2019 Heli-Expo annual conference on Tuesday, March 5.  The event, to be held this year at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, runs from March 4th through March 7th and includes main floor exhibits, seminars and equipment on display, and features a silent auction and a golf tournament to support a scholarship program that benefits future pilots and mechanics.

Ms. Spann brings an extensive background in aircraft transactions to her role as transactional attorney at Aerlex Law Group as well as substantial expertise in finding innovative approaches and solutions to issues that confront both aviation and business clients.  Ms. Northcraft Spann has been practicing law for over 14 years, a legal career that includes seven years with NetJets Inc., the company that pioneered the fractional jet ownership concept. Her tenure at NetJets included five years during which she served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, with a focus on contract negotiation and strategies and a mandate to align corporate business goals with legal requirements.

HAI HELI-EXPO is the world’s largest trade show dedicated to the helicopter industry. With more than 18,000 industry professionals in attendance, the event features everything you need to keep your aviation business running — from manufacturers to suppliers to service providers.  Over 700 industry suppliers will be in attendance along with over 60 aircraft that will occupy the nearly one million square feet of space on the show floor.  The event also features professional education courses, manufacturer’s technical briefings and a “rotor safety challenge.”
