42nd NAFA Conference Convenes in Miami Beach

The National Aircraft Finance Association (NAFA) will hold its 42nd Annual Conference from April 23 – 26, 2013 at the Renaissance Eden Roc Resort in Miami Beach, Florida.

The NAFA program begins with a day-long aircraft appraisal seminar on April 23. In the days that follow, attendees will network, hear presentations and attend panels featuring various industry leaders. Speakers will address the current outlook for the economy generally and the business aircraft industry specifically, and representatives of major business aircraft manufacturers will discuss their newest products.

Among the industry leaders scheduled to speak at general sessions of the Conference (and their topics) are: Edward Bolen; President and CEO, National Business Aviation Association (Industry Outlook); Michael Brandes; Global Head of Fixed Income Strategy and Marketing Director, Citi Private Bank (Economic Outlook); Paul Feldman; Vice President, Government Affairs, General Aviation Manufacturing Association (Manufacturing Outlook); and Richard Aboulafia; Vice President – Analysis, Teal Group Corporation (Market Outlook).

Social activities at the conference include a golf tournament, a tour of Miami Beach’s Art Deco National Historic District, and a dinner with live auction.

NAFA is a non-profit corporation whose mission is to support and promote companies and individuals that provide aircraft financing. NAFA strives to keep its members updated about current industry trends, especially those relating to aircraft transactions, financing and leasing.
